20 Apr - David Harbour has been cast in the upcoming Rambo prequel, "John Rambo".

"The Stranger Things" actor will be joining Noah Centineo, who has been cast as the titular character made famous by Sylvester Stallone.

Harbour is playing Colonel Samuel "Sam" Trautman, Rambo's commanding officer, a character that was previously played by Richard Crenna.

Harbour is a late addition to the project, which has already wrapped its production in Thailand last month.

The film is executive produced by Stallone, and is directed by Jalmari Helander of "Sisu" fame.

It is noted that Harbour is also set to appear in "Avengers: Doomsday" as his "Thunderbolts*" character, Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian.
