21 Jan - Farah Khan recently stated that she is ready to make her directorial return, that is if she gets Shah Rukh Khan to star in it.

The choreographer-turned-filmmaker shared as much recently in her latest vlog, telling guest Nakul Mehta, "I will make a film soon! My kids are going to college so I will make [a movie] after that. There is a whole petition for me to return! So I think it is time, I think end of this year I will start."

"If I do, I will do it with Shah Rukh. Otherwise, I will wait and do YouTube," she added.

Farah also joked that she will not abandon her vlogs, adding that the money she made from them help pay her kids' education fees.

It is noted that Farah has only directed four films throughout her career, beginning with the 2004 "Main Hoon Na" starring Shah Rukh Khan and Sushmita Sen. Her sophomore project was the 2007 "Om Shanti Om," which introduced the new star in the making, Deepika Padukone and also stars Shah Rukh Khan.

Her last film, "Happy New Year," released in 2014, was also with Shah Rukh Khan, and also star Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and many more.
