Fox McCloud has found his voice, and it's Glen Powell
30 Mar - Glen Powell recently confirmed that he is a part of the upcoming "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie".

The actor shared the news with a video of him skipping around a movie theatre surrounded by the movie's standees, and showing off his jacket with an image of the character Fox McCloud.

"Born to Barrel Roll," he captioned it.

The character, which originated in Nintendo's "Star Fox" video games, is an elite pilot known for leading the mercenary team Star Fox. It has also appeared across the broader Nintendo universe including in the Super Smash Bros. series.

Powell joins original voice actors Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy and Charlie Day among others, as well as new additions like Princess Rosalina (Brie Larson), Yoshi (Donald Glover), and Bowser Jr. (Benny Safdie).

The Universal follow-up to the 2023 box office hit, "The Super Mario Bros. Movie," will be released on 1 April.
