7 Sep - After much speculation, Kamal Haasan finally announced that he is set to work with director SU Arun Kumar in a new project.

On 3 September, his production company, Raaj Kamal Films, shared a new image of the actor, sporting a bushy beard, dressed in a black shirt and olive-green pants, with one hand holding a machete.

The caption read, "Here I come".

The studio also tagged director SU Arun Kumar, known for movies like "Sethupathi" and "Chithha," in the post. Kamal Haasan himself had previously expressed his love for the filmmaker's work on "Chithha".

Rumours of Kamal working with the filmmaker sparked last week after a still from the film's reported test shoot circulated online.

No further details about the project have been released at the time being.
