28 Jul - Ranbir Kapoor has recently dismissed reports that he is set to star in the fourth instalment of "Dhoom".

The actor, who has been rumoured to be a part of "Dhoom 4," recently shared his projects during his appearance at San Diego Comic-Con to promote his new movie "Ramayana," and did not mention the film as part of his upcoming schedule.

When the host mentioned that he will be headlining the movie, Ranbir responded, "No, right now I am working on Ramayana and another film called Love & War, which is directed by Mr Sanjay Bhansali. That should be out on 24th of January next year."

Rumours of Ranbir being the lead of the next "Dhoom" movie have been reported for the past couple of years, with a source saying last year that the movie will be filming in April 2026.

It is noted, however, that Yash Raj Films has never made any official announcement regarding "Dhoom 4".

The three "Dhoom" movies, released in 2004, 2006 and 2013, starred Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra as Mumbai Crime Branch officers, Jai Dixit and Ali Akbar Fateh Khan.
