18 Aug - Ranveer Singh has now begun shooting his first film since the success of "Dhurandar".

On 16 August, it was reported that the actor's new movie, "Pralay," has officially started production, with the actor filming in Mumbai.

It was also said that the shooting location was moved from Australia to Mumbai so that Ranveer can stay close to wife Deepika Padukone, who is currently pregnant with their second child.

The movie is produced by Ananya Birla's Birla Studios, Hansal Mehta and Sahil Saigal's True Story Films and Singh's Maa Kasam Films, and is helmed by Jai Mehta.

According to Variety, "Pralay" is an original story centred on survival as the world faces catastrophe, set against the backdrop of Mumbai.

Ranveer was last seen in the Dhurandhar sequel, "Dhurandhar: The Revenge".
