20 Aug - After previous postponement, the new date of Jason Sanjay's directorial debut, "Sigma" is finally unveiled.

On 19 August, Lyca Productions shared a new poster of the movie, featuring lead actor Sundeep Kishan, and posted, "Mark the date for the heist on October 2. #SIGMA is all set to light up the screens."

The movie was originally slated for 31 July release. However, it was delayed so not to clash with "Jana Nayagan," the swansong film of Jason Sanjay's father, the now-incumbent Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, C. Joseph Vijay.

The movie has been described as a "high-stakes heist" film, and was also written by Jason Sanjay.

Other cast members include Faria Abdullah, Raju Sundaram, Sampath Raj, Shiv Panditt, Anbu Thasan, Yog Japee, Magalakshmi, Sheela Rajkumar, Kamalesh and Kiran Konda.
