Starman

A space being called Starman tries to contact mankind by answering a message NASA has sent out to aliens. However, his ship gets grounded by an American missile. The only way for him to return to his home planet is to go to a predetermined site where a vessel awaits him. To do so, he inhabits the body of a late Wisconsinite. He then kidnaps widow Jenny Hayden, whom he forges a lasting bond with as they travel to Arizona while being pursued by military officials.
