"Alvin And The Chipmunks 3" is indeed a must watch for all ages. The third adventure of Alvin and the Chipmunks follows the Chipmunks on a cruise vacation which somehow leads them to a mysterious island. While waiting for rescue, the Chipmunks explore the island and encounter many mysterious things hidden on it.

"Alvin And The Chipmunks 3" which is directed by Mike Mitchell, has a better storyline compared to the previous ones. In this movie, the Chipmunks are abroad a cruise ship where Alvin, Simon, Theodore and the Chipettes are up to their normal mischievous behaviour, transforming the cruise ship into their personal playground. That is until they end up on a mysterious island while waiting for their guardian Dave Seville to rescue them. It's not long when the Chipmunks and Chipettes find themselves up for a thrilling surprise from the mysterious island as they explore the isle's beauty and get in touch with nature.

The cast of this movie is lead by main actor Jason Lee (Dave Seville) who is the guardian to the Chipmunks and the Chippettes. David Cross (Ian) which is the previous manager for the Chipmunks and the Chippettes also returns so does the voice over cast of the chipmunks, Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jesse McCartney and many more. The animation and special effects in this movie are pretty good as well seeing that the blend between the animation and real life background is flawless.

For those who have watched the previous two films, will know that the Chipmunks and the Chippettes play real life superstars in the movie and in this third sequel, popular songs by many artistes were also featured and sang by the Chipmunks and Chippettes.

This movie is classified "U" and is recommended for all ages therefore it doesn't matter if you're planning to watch it with your parents, your partner, or even by yourself. You'll be set to have some good laugh's and go "awwwww" throughout the movie as you're definitely in for some squeaky session!
