Life During Wartime

The partly sequel to Todd Solondz "Happiness" brings the three sisters, Trish, Joy and Helen back for even more drama. Placed ten years after the revelations that shattered the world of the Jordan family, Joy discovers her husband is not cured from his weird "affliction" and he runs away to seek peace from her mother and sisters. She is also haunted by visions of her former lover, Andy whom now deceased, continues to try and win her heart. On other note, Joy meets Harvey, hoping to bring stability and peace to her fragile family with a male presence. Helen feels trapped by both her family, as well as her Hollywood success, while Mona, their mother, cannot let go of her grudge against men.
