The Good, the Bad and the Possessive Wife

• A rather sloppy and disappointing adaptation from a book of the same name which proves that some books should never be adapted for films.

• The film shows that even with a prominent and talented actress like Jennifer Lawrence, it is still not good enough to make a movie that's critically acclaimed if the source material is weak.

• Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper perform fairly well in the film as lovers, but the plot has severely destroyed the quality of the film.


Trivia

• The project was initially directed by Darren Aronofsky with Angelina Jolie as the main lead. They then dropped out and were replaced by director Susanne Bier and Jennifer Lawrence starring.
