Somewhere in the future, an ultimate resort named Vice has been created by Julian Michaels. Vice is a heaven-like resort with no laws and clients can have anything from their wildest fantasies. The resort is complete with artificial inhabitants who look, behave, think, feel and act like humans. Everything goes well until one of the artificial inhabitants becomes self-aware and escapes, but ends up getting caught in the conflict between Julian and a cop who aims to shut down Vice.
