Watch this if you liked: “Wild”

The Good, the Bad and the Traveller:

• While this movie does not get as much hype as Reese Witherspoon's "Wild", it doesn't make Robyn the lesser women between the two movies' main characters. The story is just as compelling and moving, a great study of a tough character.

• Mia Wasikowska portrayed Robyn Davidson perfectly, never shying away from the challenges thrown in her way.

• The storyline might not sound too exciting but the beautiful cinematography more than makes up for it, each scene is well shot and visually enticing.

Trivia:

• The project to bring Robyn Davidson's adventure memoir started so long ago, it began before lead actress Mia Wasikowska was even born.
