The Good, the Bad and the Kind Bhaijaan:

• The movie touches on some red buttons especially as it addresses the conflict between India and Pakistan. However, this also makes it interesting as the complex topic makes it different from a typical musical love story often churned out by Bollywood.

• Though there may be some moments in the plot that will make the audience scratch their heads but the way director Kabir Khan presented serious matters such as religious prejudice in a not-so-preachy way makes this movie feel less stuffy and more enjoyable to watch.

• The cast showcases impressive acting, from Salman Khan as the titular character right down to Harshali Malhotra, who played her role as the little mute girl perfectly. Regrettably, Kareena Kapoor's talents are wasted here as she was given very little screen time.

• Salman Khan previously worked with co-star Nawazuddin Siddique in 2014's "Kick".
