5-year-old Jack has been carefully taken care of by his loving mother, Ma, even though they live confined in a windowless, 10-by-10-foot space that Ma has euphemistically named as Room. Because of this, Ma does everything that she can to create a whole universe for Jack within Room so that he can live a complete and fulfilling life. However, Jack`s curiosity regarding the outside world begins to grow, so he and his mother attempt to escape from Room but come across something even scarier - the real world.

The Good, the Bad and the Worthy Adaptation:

• A compellingly deep, meaningful and strong film that proves some movie adaptations can be as good or better than the book.

• The film stays true to its source and further enhances the plot, making it more profound and brilliant.

• Brie Larson is wonderful actress, but her performance in "Room" is worthy of an award as it will leave a deep and long impression.

• The film is so amazing to the point that it is hard to describe how great it is without actually revealing its plot.

Trivia:

• Brie Larson isolated herself for a month and followed a strict diet in order to get a sense of what Ma and Jack were going through.
