22 Jul – After years of waiting, fans of Xander Cage will finally see the secret agent back on the silver screen. Vin Diesel confirms he will be coming back as the extreme sport athlete-turned-spy in new movie "xXx 3: Return of Xander Cage". Diesel first played the character in "xXx" which was released in 2002. Since he did not make a return in the sequel, many doubted they would ever see the agent again. However, rumours of a new script in the making started circulating and finally after 12 years since the original release, Diesel says he will don the xXx tattoo once again.
Diesel is excited to start filming for the movie. He revealed the shooting location to be in South East Asia, "I'm going to do the next xXx which will be filming in the Philippines, which I'm very, very, very excited about." He mentioned this to Collider during one of his press rounds for Marvel's upcoming "Guardians of The Galaxy", which he is also involved in as the voice of Groot.
Shooting for "xXx: 3: Return of Xander Cage" hasn't even started but the buff actor already has his plate full. He currently has three big projects lined up. One of them is of course the "xXx" movie whereas the other two are "The Last Witch Hunter" and "Kojak".
